I was in need of a fresh concrete floor to be installed and leveled in my outbuilding. They finished the task right on schedule, and the quality of their work is top-notch. This company really goes above and beyond. I just handed everything over to a fella named Steve, who had given me a quote and also came by after the job was done to ensure everything was perfect. A solid 5-star company!

Adam was awesome when my wife and I first reached out about underfloor heating and screed for our home renovation. They got us scheduled super quick and knocked out the installation in just 2 days. Super fast and efficient!

We got the underfloor heating set up in our kitchen extension. It showed up on the day they promised, was put in quickly, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Super pleased with how it turned out and the quality of the work!

We've engaged this company on three different occasions. The first time was back in 2018 for underfloor heating and polished concrete. The second was for an overlay board system with underfloor heating on the ground level of our cottage. Most recently, we had them design and install underfloor heating and screed for our annex. They even pointed us to a supplier for the air source heat pump for both the annex and the main house. Adam knows his stuff, and when he wasn't around, Stephen took over and nailed our design.

I reached out to UFHS regarding the setup and fitting of underfloor heating in my new man cave up in the garden. Sam and Adam were fantastic during the design phase and were super helpful with all my queries.

The installation crew, headed by Callum, was really energetic and supportive on the installation day. All in all, a top-notch company from start to finish. No doubt I'll be going with them again for my next project.

I’m really pleased with my polished concrete floor and the underfloor heating. Adam provided great pricing and tips on maximizing our UFH. The crew showed up on time and were courteous, tidy, and professional.

The way they run their business is just ridiculous - steer clear if you can!

They came over and did a survey that took about 2 to 3 hours, measuring everything up. We settled on a price. But on the day they were supposed to pour the concrete, they hit me with an extra charge for 3 cubic meters at £780 +VAT! When I asked how they could be so off, they pointed fingers at the floor - but they had just measured it!

Then they showed up to polish and said the access wasn’t good enough, so they just left. They returned the next working day, and even though the access was exactly the same, they decided they could manage to get in and start. They billed me for the day they came and then drove off...

Keep an eye out for phone calls from the head office that don’t match what the workers on site are saying - that’s a big red flag that you might be in for a rough ride.

I thought about taking them to court, but we were under pressure with deadlines, so I just had to get the job done.

To be fair, the work itself is decent, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the floors in the showroom.

Hey folks, steer clear of this place! I'm gonna share some pics of my project soon. The quality of work is terrible, the staff is super rude, and once they have your cash, good luck getting your project done. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Fantastic service! The quality of the product is top-notch and the price is just right. From the first moment we reached out about this item, Charlie was incredibly helpful. We installed the underlay, boards, and poly pipe ourselves, following the floor plan provided (which was all part of the service). Whenever we had questions, Charlie was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. Of course, a gas engineer took care of fitting the manifold.
We're really pleased with our new underfloor heating; it's so efficient and saves us money. I kinda wish we had done the entire downstairs instead of just the kitchen and dining area.
